# Monetize Dashboard

> Track your paid subscription revenue and manage your paid subscribers

Go to **Monetize → Dashboard** to see how your paid newsletter is performing. Payments go directly to your Stripe account — **LetterBucket takes 0% commission**.

## Key metrics

The dashboard shows five KPI cards at a glance:

| Metric                           | What it shows                                |
| -------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------- |
| **Monthly Revenue** | Revenue from active subscriptions this month |
| **Number of Active Subscribers** | Paying subscribers currently active |
| **Recent Cancellations** | Subscriptions cancelled recently |
| **Estimated ARR** | Projected annual recurring revenue |
| **Last Publication Date** | When you last published a post |

## Paid Subscriptions chart

The **Paid Subscriptions** panel charts your growth over time, with two views you can toggle:

* **Subscriptions** — how your paid subscriber count evolves.
* **Revenue** — how your revenue evolves.

## Last Subscriptions

The **Last Subscriptions** panel lists your most recent paid sign-ups. From there, open the full **Paid Subscribers List** to see everyone.

## Paid Subscribers List

The full list shows each paid subscriber's email and their plan at a glance. You can:

* **Search** subscribers by email.
* **Sort** by subscriber, plan, price, or free trial status by clicking the column headers.
* **Export CSV** of the list (respects your current search filter).

<Note>
  If a subscriber signed up through a free trial, the list shows their trial status alongside their plan.
</Note>

## Account status alerts

If something needs your attention — for example a problem with your Stripe account or an account under review — the dashboard shows an alert with a **View status in Stripe** shortcut so you can resolve it quickly.
