## Historical exports

Every export you generate is logged in the **Historical Exports** table at the bottom of the page. The table shows:

| Column       | Description                               |
| ------------ | ----------------------------------------- |
| **Date** | When the export was generated |
| **Type** | Which export type was requested |
| **Status** | Processing, ready, or failed |
| **Download** | Link to download the file once it's ready |

Exports remain available for download for a limited time. If you need to re-download an older export, generate a new one.

<Tip>
  Run a full subscriber export regularly as a backup, especially before making bulk changes to your list.
