# Newsletter Overview

> Manage your newsletters and collaborations from one place

The Newsletter Overview shows all the newsletters associated with your LetterBucket account — both newsletters you own and ones you collaborate on.

Go to **Settings → Newsletter → Overview** to access this screen.

## Your newsletters

Each account can have up to **2 active newsletters**. Your current newsletter is highlighted as the active one.

### Switching newsletters

If you have more than one newsletter, click **Switch** next to any newsletter to make it your active one. All sections of the app (posts, subscribers, settings) will then reflect that newsletter.

### Creating a new newsletter

Click **Create newsletter** to set up a second newsletter. You'll be asked for:

* **Name** — the display name of your newsletter.
* **Description** — a short description shown on your public website.
* **Subdomain** — the URL slug for your newsletter on LetterBucket (e.g., `mynewsletter.letterbucket.com`).

<Info>
  You can only have up to 2 active newsletters at a time. If you've reached the limit, you'll need to deactivate one before creating another.
</Info>

### Deactivating a newsletter

Deactivating a newsletter makes it inactive — it won't send emails or be publicly accessible. Your data is preserved and you can reactivate it later.

To deactivate, click the options menu next to the newsletter and select **Deactivate**.

### Reactivating a newsletter

To bring a deactivated newsletter back, click **Reactivate** next to it in the list. This counts toward your active newsletter limit.

## Collaborations

The **Collaborations** section lists newsletters that other account owners have invited you to collaborate on. As a collaborator, you can contribute to content and manage settings depending on the permissions granted to you.

See [Team](/settings/team) for more about inviting collaborators to your own newsletter.
