Your profile contains your personal information and controls what readers see when they visit your author page on your newsletter website. Go to Settings → Profile to update your profile.

Profile photo

Upload a photo to use as your avatar. For best results, use a square image at least 800 × 800 pixels. When you upload an image, a crop tool lets you select exactly which part of the image to use before saving.

Personal information

  • First name and Last name — your display name shown on your public author profile.
  • Biography — a short description about you, up to 500 characters. This appears on your author page and can help readers connect with you.
  • Email — your account email address. This is shown for reference only and cannot be changed here. Contact support if you need to update your email.

Timezone

Your timezone affects how scheduled sends and analytics timestamps are displayed. To update it, go to Settings → Advanced.

Social networks

Link your personal social media profiles. These appear on your author page on your newsletter website. Supported platforms:
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • X (Twitter)
  • TikTok
  • YouTube
  • LinkedIn
Enter your username for each platform (without the full URL). LetterBucket converts it automatically to the full profile link.
