Subscription forms let you collect new subscribers directly from your own website or any external page — without requiring visitors to find your LetterBucket site.
You can access them from Audience → Subscription Forms.
The number of forms available depends on your plan.
- Go to Audience → Subscription Forms.
- Click New Form.
- Fill in the form details (see fields below).
- Save the form.
- Use the Share button to get the embed code or direct link.

Direct link
A standalone page hosted by LetterBucket that you can share anywhere. Copy the link with the Copy button and paste it into social posts, your email signature, bio links, or anywhere else you promote your newsletter.
You can also share the direct link to social networks directly from the share panel — buttons for Facebook, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn are available to post it in one click.
Embed code
An HTML snippet you paste into your website. Works on any site that accepts custom HTML (Webflow, WordPress, Squarespace, etc.).
Preview
The share panel includes a desktop/mobile preview toggle so you can see exactly how the form page looks on different screen sizes before sharing it.
Forms can be toggled Active or Inactive after creation. Inactive forms will still exist but won’t accept new subscriptions.
If you exceed the maximum number of forms allowed by your plan, additional forms will be suspended. Upgrade your plan or delete an existing form to reactivate them.
Styling
Form appearance is controlled by your Website styles (Customize Styles → Website). Any changes to form colors, typography, or button styles there will apply to your embedded forms automatically.
You can also override specific styles per form if you need a different look for a particular placement.
