Subscription forms let you collect new subscribers directly from your own website or any external page — without requiring visitors to find your LetterBucket site. You can access them from Audience → Subscription Forms.
The number of forms available depends on your plan.

Creating a form

  1. Go to Audience → Subscription Forms.
  2. Click New Form.
  3. Fill in the form details (see fields below).
  4. Save the form.
  5. Use the Share button to get the embed code or direct link.

Sharing your form

Once saved, click the Share button on the form to access two options:
  • Direct link: A standalone page hosted by LetterBucket that you can share anywhere.
  • Embed code: An HTML snippet you paste into your website. Works on any site that accepts custom HTML (Webflow, WordPress, Squarespace, etc.)

Activating and deactivating forms

Forms can be toggled Active or Inactive after creation. Inactive forms will still exist but won’t accept new subscriptions.
If you exceed the maximum number of forms allowed by your plan, additional forms will be suspended. Upgrade your plan or delete an existing form to reactivate them.

Styling

Form appearance is controlled by your Website styles (Customize Styles → Website). Any changes to form colors, typography, or button styles there will apply to your embedded forms automatically. You can also override specific styles per form if you need a different look for a particular placement.
