Accessing Custom Pages
Go to Pages in the left sidebar. You’ll see a list of all your current pages and links, along with a live preview of how they appear in your site’s navigation.Creating a page
- Click New Page.
- Give your page a title and write your content using the same editor as your posts — headings, images, columns, tables, and all other blocks are available.
- When you’re done, click Next to configure the SEO settings (title, description, and slug).
- Click Publish to make the page live on your website.
Adding a custom link
Custom links let you add external URLs directly into your site navigation — useful for linking to your social profiles, a landing page, or any external resource.- In the Pages screen, click Add link.
- Enter a label and the destination URL.
- Save. The link will appear in your navigation list.
Managing your pages and links
Each item in the list has controls to:- Toggle visibility — show or hide the item in your site navigation. Hidden items still exist but won’t appear in the menu.
- Reorder — drag items up or down to change the order they appear in the navigation.
- Edit — update the content or settings of a page, or change the label/URL of a link.
- Delete — permanently remove the page or link.
Your plan may limit the number of pages visible in your navigation at once. If you reach the limit, you’ll need to hide or delete an existing page before making another one visible.
Page editor
The page editor is identical to the post editor. You can use:- Headings, paragraphs, lists, and quotes
- Images from the Media Gallery
- Columns for multi-column layouts
- Tables for structured data
- All other blocks available in the insert menu
