Export types
Export Subscribers (Quick)
Downloads a lightweight CSV with the essential fields for each subscriber:- Email address
- Subscription status
- Subscriber tier
Export Subscribers (Full)
Downloads a comprehensive CSV with every field LetterBucket stores for your subscribers, including:- Email address
- First and last name
- Subscription status and tier
- Signup date
- Engagement stats (open rate, click rate)
- Segments
- Any custom fields
Export Posts
Downloads a CSV of all your posts with their metadata:- Title and subtitle
- Publication date
- Status (draft, published, etc.)
- Key performance metrics
Historical exports
Every export you generate is logged in the Historical Exports table at the bottom of the page. The table shows:| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Date | When the export was generated |
| Type | Which export type was requested |
| Status | Processing, ready, or failed |
| Download | Link to download the file once it’s ready |
