Manage your subscription from Settings → Newsletter → Billing.

Current plan

The billing page shows your active plan including:
  • Plan name and included features
  • Subscriber count vs. your plan’s limit
  • Price and billing cycle (monthly or annual)
  • Next payment date
  • Any scheduled plan changes (if you’ve already triggered an upgrade or downgrade)

Upgrading or downgrading

  1. Go to Settings → Newsletter → Billing.
  2. Click Select Plan.
  3. Browse available plans and their features.
  4. Click the plan you want to switch to.
Upgrading takes effect immediately. You’ll be taken to a Stripe confirmation screen before any charge is made. Downgrading is scheduled for the end of your current billing cycle. Your current plan continues until then, and the change date is shown clearly.
Custom plans are available if the standard tiers don’t match your needs. Contact support to discuss options.

Payment methods and invoices

Click Manage billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can:
  • Update your payment method (credit card, etc.)
  • Download past invoices
  • View subscription details

Cancelling your subscription

To cancel, go to the billing page and select Cancel subscription. Your newsletter will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You can reactivate at any time by selecting a new plan.
Cancelling does not delete your newsletter or subscriber data. Everything is preserved and accessible if you reactivate.
