The Media Gallery is your central image library. All images you upload across LetterBucket live here — you can browse, search, and reuse them without uploading the same file twice. Access it from the left sidebar under Media Gallery.

Uploading images

There are two ways to add images to your library:
  • Upload from device — click the Upload button in the top right. You can select multiple files at once.
  • Upload from URL — click the dropdown arrow next to the Upload button and select From URL. Paste a direct image link ending in .jpg, .jpeg, .png, or .gif.
  • Drag and drop — drag image files directly onto the gallery page and they will upload automatically.

Browsing your images

Images are displayed in a grid sorted by upload date. You can:
  • Search — type in the search bar to filter by file name.
  • Sort — change the order (newest first, oldest first, etc.).
  • Adjust per-page count — control how many images appear per page.
Click any image to open a detail view with its full size, name, and a direct link you can copy.

Using images in the editor

When inserting an image inside the post editor, the gallery modal opens with three tabs:
  • My Uploads — your full library, with the same search and sort controls.
  • GIFs (Tenor) — search and insert animated GIFs directly.
  • Unsplash — search and insert free stock photos.
Select any image to insert it into your post at the cursor position.

Deleting images

  • Single delete — open an image’s detail view and click the delete option.
  • Bulk delete — click the selection mode button in the toolbar, select multiple images, then click Delete selected.
Deleting an image from the gallery removes it permanently. If it was used in a previously sent post, the image may no longer display in that post’s web version.
